Daniel received his law degree from Seattle University School of Law and was admitted to practice in the state of Washington in 2000. As a student, he took various classes that cultivated his interest in international legal matters - including immigration and environmental law. As the founder of the Law Office of Daniel J. Smith, he uses his passion and gifts to help keep families together.
James graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Political Science (Pre-Law Concentration) and French. During his undergraduate studies, he quickly immersed himself around international students, held positions in international university organizations, and studied abroad at Université Rennes 2 in Rennes, France studying French history and evolution of the French language.
